Arrived Homes Raises $25M in Series A Funding

Arrived Homes, Seattle$25M raised by a WA-based provider of an SEC-qualified real-estate investing platform. in Series A funding.

TheRound was led by Forerunner Ventures, Bezos Expeditions, Good Friends, Spencer Rascoff, Core Innovation Capital, PSL Ventures, Neo.

TheCompany plans to use the funds to build out the team and secure properties inCustomers can invest in new markets and offer them the opportunity to do so. inThe platform allows you to rent short-term properties.

The company manages the operational work so that investors can collect passive rental income and their share of the home’s appreciation.

To date, Arrived has fully funded over 102 properties in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, for a total of over $40M inYou can rent a home in 16 major cities.  InIn the coming months, the company plans to expand its rental portfolio to include single-family rental properties and short-term rentals. in Florida, Texas, Nevada, Indiana.

The Series A fundraise follows Arrived’s $37Min seed funding and debt financing from June 2021, and the company’s $100M credit facility financing announcement from December 2021.
