Shine Interview, a UK-based provider video-based recruitment and HR Tech platform, received a £1.3m funding package.

- a £500,000 investment from the North East Venture Fund (NEVF), supported by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by Mercia;
- £300,000 from Mercia’s EIS Funds;
