2 ⅓ cups granulated sugar, divided
5 ½ cups all-purpose flour, divided
½ teaspoon salt, divided
¾ cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cardamom
4 cups sliced strawberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon lemon zest, plus 1 teaspoon juice (from 1 lemon)
5 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
¼ cup heavy cream
1) PreheatThe oven should be set to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. UsingUse parchment paper to line a half-sheet pan. Leave a 1-inch margin on all sides.

7) ToMake the topping and brown the 112 remaining butter sticks in the same medium saucepan. AllowAllow the browned butter time to cool to room temp. InIn a bowl, combine the remaining 112 Cup flour, brown Sugar, 1/3 cup granulated Sugar, the remaining 14 teaspoon Salt, and Cardamom. FoldLet cool the butter in the refrigerator until it forms small clumps. RemoveFrom the equation. CleanThe saucepan should be covered with a damp towel.
