Werk Raises $1.3M in Pre-Seed Funding

Werk, Tallinn, EstoniaFunded $1.3M to fund a platform for skilled migrant contractors that offers relocation and job-sharing services. Pre-Seed funding.

TheRound was led By Change VenturesParticipation from Foundamental VC and angel investors Anthony Danon and Carmen Alfonso-Rico, Declan Kelly, Gonzalo Manrique,And Andreas Klinger.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand its team, focus on product development and marketing. 

Co-founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2020 by Martin Kalamees (CEO), Marion Kallakas (COO), Markus Tarn (CTO), WerkProvides a platform that allows companies to hire skilled and vetted migrants construction workers. This includes everything from recruitment, verification, relocation, and even relocation.
